I am a 52 year old disabled man with a severe spinal injury.I am looking for a home improvement grant so that I may have a handicaped walk in shower/bathtub.I also need new gutters to keep the city code enforcement officers from banging on my front door telling me to fix what I can't aford to have the whole system replaced.I would also like new landscaping and windows to keep the cold out. alanm1@netzero.com
